I know many women who are "stuck in their old way of thinking" and not open to perhaps being vulnerable - a generational thing i guess. And yes, I agree with you about the generational piece. So many of us were taught to keep it together, keep it quiet, and keep moving. But at this point in my life, I don’t have the energy for performative anything.
Real is where the healing is. Real is where the courage is. And real is where I believe women finally get to breathe and be free.
